1. Using Tube7X
These Terms apply when you browse Tube7X, create an account, save content, submit ratings or messages, use creator tools, create an advertiser campaign, send a donation or tip, or otherwise use a Tube7X feature. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
Tube7X is an independent discovery and creator-support platform. It is not YouTube, is not operated by Google, and does not control YouTube channels, videos, policies, availability or monetization decisions.
2. Accounts and account types
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Tube7X may provide different workspaces for Viewers, Aspiring Creators, Creators and Advertisers. Features available to one account type may be unavailable to another because the communication and payment rules are different.
You may not impersonate another person, falsely claim a channel, misrepresent a brand relationship or use multiple accounts to evade restrictions.
3. Discovery, scores and rankings
Tube7X scores, category positions, reviews, recommendations and rankings are editorial or product outputs, not guarantees of quality, safety, future performance, audience size or commercial results. Public YouTube statistics change continuously. We may correct, update or remove data when better information becomes available.
4. Creator and advertiser activity
Advertisers may contact creators through the workflows Tube7X provides. Creators may choose whether to respond or participate. A listing does not obligate a creator to accept a campaign. A campaign brief, quoted price or message is not a completed contract until the applicable parties accept the final commercial terms.
Tube7X may limit repeated outreach, spam, misleading messages or attempts to move users into unsafe payment arrangements.
5. Payments, donations and subscriptions
Some Tube7X features may require payment, including subscriptions, creator services, campaign-related fees, donations or tips. Live payment processing is intended to be handled through licensed third-party payment providers. Additional payment rules are described in the Payments & Refunds Policy and Creator & Advertiser Terms.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use Tube7X for harassment, fraud, spam, impersonation, malware, scraping that harms the service, or illegal activity.
- Do not attempt to bypass account restrictions, payment controls or rate limits.
- Do not upload or submit material you do not have the right to use.
- Do not present Tube7X editorial ratings as paid endorsements.
7. External services and links
Tube7X links to YouTube and other third-party websites. Their terms, privacy rules, pricing and availability are controlled by those services. A link is not a guarantee or endorsement unless the page explicitly says so.
8. Changes, suspension and termination
We may change features, correct errors, suspend accounts that violate these Terms, or remove content that creates legal, safety or integrity risks. Material changes to these Terms should be published with an updated date.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Tube7X is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep information useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect data, creator responses, campaign performance or income. To the extent permitted by law, Tube7X is not responsible for indirect losses caused by third-party platforms, advertiser conduct, creator conduct, external links or decisions made solely from editorial scores.
10. Contact and governing details
Questions about these Terms should be submitted through the Tube7X contact channel when it is published. Before a public commercial launch, Tube7X will publish the operating entity details and any jurisdiction-specific notices required for paid services.
