1. Discovery and references
Tube7X is designed to help people discover YouTube channels and link back to original YouTube content. Channel names, publicly available channel artwork, video thumbnails and short factual references may appear for identification and discovery.
2. Rights-holder requests
If you believe Tube7X hosts or displays material that infringes your copyright, submit a notice identifying the copyrighted work, the Tube7X URL, the material at issue, your contact information and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
3. Counter-notices
If material is removed after a copyright complaint and the affected user believes the removal was mistaken, Tube7X may provide a counter-notice process consistent with applicable law.
4. Repeat infringement
Accounts that repeatedly submit infringing content may be restricted or terminated. Tube7X may also remove disputed material while a claim is reviewed.
5. YouTube content
Videos remain hosted by YouTube. Watching, availability, monetization and copyright controls on those videos are governed by YouTube and the rights holder, not Tube7X.
