1. What we collect
Depending on how you use Tube7X, we may collect account details such as name, email address, account type and authentication information; saved channels and videos; search and collection activity; ratings; messages; creator submissions; advertiser campaign data; support requests; and technical information such as browser, device, IP-derived region and security logs.
2. Why we use it
We use information to operate accounts, personalize saved libraries, route messages according to account rules, provide creator and advertiser tools, prevent abuse, process payments through providers, improve search and recommendations, measure product performance and comply with legal obligations.
3. Payments
Tube7X should not store full payment-card numbers in the normal product database. When live payments are enabled, a licensed payment provider may collect payment credentials directly. Tube7X may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, fee data, dispute status and information needed for receipts, accounting or creator payouts.
4. Messages and creator interactions
Messages and structured creator questions may be stored so participants can see conversation history and so Tube7X can investigate abuse, spam or disputes. Advertiser-to-creator conversations may also be associated with campaigns, budgets and deliverables.
5. Sharing
We may share information with service providers that operate hosting, email, analytics, fraud prevention, customer support and payments. We do not sell private conversation content to advertisers. Public creator profile information may be visible on the service because the purpose of those pages is discovery.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, legal obligations, fraud prevention, disputes and account history. Users should have a way to request account deletion once live account infrastructure is enabled. Some transaction records may need to be retained for tax, accounting or legal reasons.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational controls, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Never send passwords, authentication codes or sensitive financial credentials through a Tube7X message thread.
8. Children
Tube7X is not intended to collect personal information from children below the age at which they can legally consent to an online service in their jurisdiction. Paid creator and advertiser features may require an adult or authorized business representative.
9. International users
Tube7X is currently U.S.-focused, but visitors may arrive from other countries. Privacy rights vary by location. Before wider international expansion, jurisdiction-specific rights and contact procedures should be added where required.
10. Updates
We may update this policy as account, payment and analytics infrastructure changes. The updated date at the top of the page shows when the current version was published.
