1. Payment processing
When live payments are enabled, Tube7X intends to use licensed third-party payment infrastructure for card or bank processing and marketplace-style creator payouts where applicable. Tube7X should not ask users to send card numbers, passwords or banking credentials inside ordinary messages.
2. Donations and tips
A donation or tip is a voluntary payment intended to support a creator. Unless a page explicitly promises a product or service in return, a tip does not purchase editorial influence, a Tube7X score change, a creator response or a specific video. Payment-provider fees, taxes or platform fees may apply and should be disclosed before checkout.
3. Creator subscriptions and services
Paid creator plans or services are billed according to the price and billing period shown at checkout. Monthly plans renew monthly until canceled; annual plans renew annually unless the checkout terms state otherwise. The user should see the renewal price before payment.
4. Advertiser campaign payments
Campaign budgets may include amounts committed to creators, amounts already paid, platform or processing fees and remaining available budget. A campaign is not considered fully delivered until the applicable deliverables are accepted under the campaign terms. Tube7X may hold or route funds only through the payment structure supported by its payment provider.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on what was purchased. An accidental duplicate charge should be investigated. Subscription refunds may be limited after the service period begins. Creator campaign refunds depend on whether work has started, content has been produced, a cancellation window has expired or a dispute exists. Tips and donations are generally final once transferred, except where law or payment-provider rules require otherwise.
6. Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or materially incorrect, contact Tube7X support before filing a chargeback when practical. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions. Tube7X may provide transaction records, campaign acceptance records and delivery history to the payment provider when responding to a dispute.
7. Taxes and creator payouts
Creators and advertisers are responsible for their own tax obligations unless law requires Tube7X or a payment provider to collect, report or withhold amounts. Creator payout availability, timing and minimums may depend on identity verification, payment-provider onboarding and country eligibility.
8. Price changes
Prices may change for future billing periods. Existing subscribers should receive notice before a material renewal-price change when required. A price shown on a public information page may differ from the final checkout if taxes, currency conversion or provider fees apply.
