Advertiser Manual
A practical guide to campaigns, creator selection, commercial Tiers, budgets and video delivery.
Campaign workflow
From campaign idea to published creator videos.
Creator Tier vs Campaign Match
These are separate filters.
Creator Tier
Commercial level based on channel performance and reliability. It informs typical pricing.
Campaign Match
How well a creator fits the specific campaign. Typical labels include Best Match, Strong Match, Good Match and Low Match.
Budget tracking
Campaign budget is divided into committed/used and still available.
The campaign list shows the total budget together with the portion already used or committed and the remaining available amount. Inside the expanded campaign, each creator/video item carries its own budget amount.
Video states
Published work and pending work are deliberately separate.
Pending publication
The creator assignment exists, but the final YouTube video is not live yet. The channel name and commercial details are shown without a video preview.
Published video
Once live, the item moves into Published and can show a clickable preview/link that opens the actual YouTube video.
Messaging and anti-spam
The advertiser side is commercial communication, not mass outreach.
