Campaign Guide
A plain-language walkthrough for building a creator campaign without having to guess what every setting means.
Start with what You want to achieve.
You do not need influencer-marketing terminology. Tell Tube7X the product, the audience and the outcome. Then use current creator data to choose the right channels.
Describe the campaign in Your own words
Write or say what You would tell a colleague. A useful starting note usually contains five things:
“We are launching a small-business productivity app. We want creators whose viewers actually use software and care about practical workflows. The campaign should feel like a useful demonstration, not a generic ad.”
Review the AI brief — do not send it blindly
Tube7X converts rough notes into a clean proposal. The brief remains editable. Check the goal, audience, deliverable, talking points, CTA and anything the creator must not claim.
Choose creators using current reach, not fame alone
6M Avg Views
The average views per recent video across the latest six-month period. This tells You how much current viewing activity the channel is actually generating. “6-month” means time period — not six million.
Subscribers
Useful for understanding channel history and scale. But a channel with 2 million subscribers and 50K recent views may be commercially weaker today than a smaller channel averaging 300K views.
Creator Tier
A separate advertising score for commercial level, current reach and sponsor readiness. It is not the editorial Tube7X quality score.
Tube7X Score
Our editorial assessment of the channel itself. A strong editorial score can be useful, but it does not replace current-reach data for an advertising decision.
Set a total budget, then compare it with creator price bands
Enter any campaign budget. Tube7X shows a suggested U.S. market range for each creator, alongside the creator's own asking price. The estimate is guidance only; creators remain free to set any actual price. This makes it easier to see whether the budget fits one large creator, several mid-sized creators, or a mixed shortlist.
Send only after You understand the shortlist
Review who the creator is, what they usually publish, current reach, suggested market range, creator asking price and why Tube7X considers them a fit. Offers go only to creators who have opted into advertiser opportunities.
What to prioritize for different campaign types
These are starting points, not rigid rules.
Look for practical demonstrators
Prioritize creators who explain workflows, compare tools, show screens or teach a process. Audience intent matters more than a broad “Technology” label.
Look for testing behavior
Creators who review, benchmark, compare, install or use equipment can be more valuable than general tech-news channels.
Look for audience trust
Favor creators with conversational or educational formats where a recommendation can feel natural rather than inserted into breaking-news content.
Look for intent to learn
Channels with tutorials, explainers and skill-building audiences may fit better than entertainment channels with a larger raw reach number.
Tube7X Match Assist
If You do not want to manually evaluate dozens of channels, Tube7X can prepare a tighter shortlist around Your exact campaign rather than only broad filters.
Match Assist pricing is shown before purchase whenever the service is available. No paid matching work begins without the advertiser approving the price.
